Shipping policy

We(QJCC) strive to ship orders as soon as possible. Many of our candles are ready to ship, but oftentimes we make them to order. Please allow up to 10 days for production and processing in addition to shipping time. We offer multiple shipping options. Priority mail does NOT mean overnight shipping*, however it is a faster option.

*If you need an expedited order and/or shipping, please email info@queenjeanscandleco.com PRIOR to placing your order. 

***Please check and double check your address. If a package is sent back it'll be at the buyers expense to re-ship. If a package is delivered to wrong house, it is the buyer's responsibility to track down package.

Lost/ Stolen Packages: QJCC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is marked "delivered" and is deemed lost by you, a claim needs to be filed with the shipping company chosen at check out. If you reside in an apartment building, check with management office. If damaged after delivery, buyer is responsible. For other issues contact local post office or shipping service.

Insurance: We insure all packages, including first class. Priority Mail has a base insurance of up to $100 with USPS, additional insurance is provided upon customer request and customer cost. Contact the shipping provider for assistance with filing a claim.

Weather: Please understand that these are wax, if you live in a warmer climate please track your package and be prepared for delivery. QJCC is not responsible for packages left in mailboxes or otherwise left outside that result in melting.
