If you receive a damaged item in your order please send us photos of the item as well as the packing within 24 hours of your package being delivered.

Please understand that these are wax, and while we've tested them and know they can withstand shipping if you live in a warmer climate please track your package and be prepared for delivery. QJCC is not responsible for packages left in mailboxes or otherwise left outside that result in melting.
